Canon has a global approach, developed to the potential problem of dust on digital SLR camera sensors much, based on the three concepts of Prevent dust, prevention of dust adhesion and remove adhered dust. Besides the use of dust-resistant materials and mechanisms to prevent the dust inside the camera, anti-static treatment also prevents dust adhering to the sensor. And consider if any stray dust should, Canon has developed a self-cleaning sensor unit,produces ultrasonic vibrations to remove dust from the filter to protect the CMOS sensor.
